Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Do you use a credit card?

Since we're in the cashless era now, I think there are quite a few.
I also mainly use credit cards and transit cards (like Suica)
That way, I don't have to deal with loose change, and it makes it easier to keep track of my income and expenses, which is great.
Well, sometimes I go to a store that only accepts cash, and it gives me a little scare, lol.
I went to a home improvement store the other day to buy some building materials.
When I made my final payment, I was asked for my PIN, but since I didn't know it, I said I'd sign instead. The clerk told me, "We'll let it slide this time, but from now on, you'll need to use your PIN."
It appears that the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and other agencies have issued directives to prevent fraud.

Well, I guess I'll contact the credit card company to try to sort out the PIN, lol.
I looked it up online, and it does seem that such guidelines exist.
There was something written by the Japan Credit Association, too, lol (Well, since it's a different industry, I just skimmed it).
Be careful when using your credit card at home improvement stores or for other purchases from now on!
If you forget your PIN, you might not be able to make a purchase!
Be sure to memorize at least the PINs for the credit cards you use most often.
See you later.
But I can't help thinking it would be great if everything could just be paid for by credit card.
Like cement, sand, casing, and drilling rigs, lol
It's the age of points these days, lol.
