I think anyone who works as a general contractor in mountainous areas or similar places has experienced this at least once.

To be honest, isn't that kind of unusual?

It's kind of weird, isn't it?? lol

Even the specifications are slightly different for agriculture and forestry.

The points being raised seem a bit off, too.

What on earth is that?

As those in the slope construction business probably know, that special mortar (commonly known as “Tokumoru”)

It’s kind of strange, isn’t it, that they’re spraying polymer mortar—which isn’t typically used in standard mortar spraying—onto the tortoise-shell wire mesh.

Even though that structure is crumbling to pieces, they're still going ahead with the construction.

Is there some kind of vested interest at play here? lol

I did some work on this quite a while ago, but,

Reinforce the entire structure by creating continuity with a tortoise-shell wire mesh and then spraying special mortar onto it?

I even find myself wondering if it became so widespread simply because it’s possible to construct large-scale forest roads as inexpensively as possible.

Come to think of it, everything—from the paperwork to everything else—is kind of weird, isn't it? lol

Many people are reluctant to take on agricultural and forestry projects, and many say it’s because they’re not your typical jobs.

Even though it's a construction project in the same prefecture.

I guess things are a little different because the sources of funding—like the budget—are different.
