From junior to senior colleagues—directors I know from all over the country.
Is a φ65 bore diameter necessary?
Most people said it was easier to use when cutting with the φ90 drill bit.
That's because, in the case of a φ65, there is a possibility that it could sink into the natural ground.
Although the φ65 model is designed with that in mind, it still sinks further when it reaches the sandy section.
I was told that for a φ90 drill hole, I should simply cut it with a wire cutter, taking into account the amount it has sunk in.

If you drive it deeper into the ground, you won't need to cut it.
Many people say it doesn't take that much effort, and about 70 percent say it isn't necessary.
However, wouldn't it be better for the government agency if 30% of the responses specified that it is exclusively for a φ65 drill hole diameter?
Even if it's not much trouble, that still means there's some work left to do, right?
However, there was one decisive opinion.
You do accept custom sizes, right?
If we get a custom order for a φ65, will you make it? (Junior N)
So,
We are resuming production of the clip spacer for a hole diameter of φ65.
If we're going to have it custom-made anyway, we might as well just make it from scratch!
Our current product lineup is
For φ65 Drill Holes: D19, D22, D25
For φ90 Drill Holes: D19, D22, D25, D29, D32
For φ115 Drill Holes: D19, D22, D25, D29, D32
Since these are manufactured based on the bit diameter, the clip spacers are larger than the nominal diameter.

Even though the nominal diameter is φ90, the bit diameter is approximately 110 millimeters.
That's why it's on the larger side. Depending on the bit you're using, you may need to trim the legs with wire cutters.
While it seems that, for the most part, it is still being used in creative and innovative ways, there have recently been instances where it has been used in seismic retrofitting projects for bridges.
