Chalkboard Laminate | Protecting On-Site Documents

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

The other day, I made some laminated sheets to make it easier to display project names and drilling depths on the blackboard and to save myself the trouble of writing them over and over again.

Water-Resistant Chalkboard

Size is important, so I'll measure it in advance.

Considering lamination, A4 is the best size.

Also, for the best finish on the laminate, it’s best to position it about 5 mm inside the actual measurements of the blackboard.

Lamination

Print it out on a laser printer and laminate it like this.

Back in the day, I used to make things that were incredibly labor-intensive by cutting out letters and attaching them to magnets.

Spending several thousand yen on a chalkboard you'll only use once, lol

But lately, I've been just laminating them because it's too much trouble.

This is definitely the easiest way.

However, anyone familiar with this will probably know what's not quite right about it.

That's right! Laminate is reflective!!

When used outdoors, it may reflect light and be difficult to see when taking photos.

You need to be careful about the camera angle when taking photos.

However, this time I'll be using this.

Matte Finish Spray

This is a matte finish spray.

Just give it a few quick sprays and let it sit overnight, and it's done.

Also, these days you can find magnetic sheets sold in small, pre-cut pieces—and they even come with double-sided tape!

It's very convenient.

It may seem like a small thing, but all sorts of products out there are being improved and upgraded in various ways.

For long-term installations, double-sided tape is better than magnets, but for a few weeks, magnets are the way to go, right?

Actually, there are matte finishes available for laminates, too.

I think it's a good option since there are no anti-social elements involved.

Please be careful not to mix them up, as only one side is matte.

Also, we use a water-resistant steel chalkboard.

So, this marker is a must-have.

I recommend it because it's fine even if it rains.

But even though it’s been a while since I’ve done this kind of side job, a site supervisor really does have a lot on their plate!

I have to do this, that, the other, and everything else.

And I'm out at the job site from morning till night, managing the construction work.

Evenings are packed with all sorts of chores like this.

It's only natural that the pay is high!

I suppose the value of directors will only continue to rise from here on out.

Site supervisors are in high demand.

However, people who are motivated by money will, after all, leave for money.

Who will I work with, and where?

This is important.

See you later.

I always read your posts. (p_-) There are actually slope site managers who’ve never done core drilling!! (Extremely rare)
