This is, as everyone knows, the condition of the borehole cleaning.
The pump is delivering a considerable amount of water.
However, the volume of water returning is actually quite low.
It's also coming out from between the casing and the borehole wall.
Even taking that into account, it's still on the low side.
The clue is that there's no anchor in the hole next to it.
The situation is
Almost no slime came up with the drilling fluid.
When flushing the borehole, I have to pump in a generous amount of water just to get it to come back, but then it drops right down.
Water is coming out of the drainage holes in the gravity retaining wall located at the bottom of the construction site.
Now that this hole has been drilled, what do you think we should do next?

Thank you for your hard work. In cases like this, I would install a grout jacket. If there’s enough time in the schedule but installing a jacket isn’t possible, I would perform cementation. What do you think?

Cementation isn't bad, but it isn't suitable for the anchorage area.
This is effective when the hole walls have difficulty maintaining their structural integrity overall or when jamming occurs.
However, in this case, the water leaked from the tip of the attachment section.
You really need to consider that the bonding area is a problem.
Cementation alone cannot control voids of this magnitude.
As you said, a grout jacket (packer) is indeed essential.
