Introducing the Anchor Scale | The Next Generation of Bolt Scales

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

I finally finished it.

Ground Anchor Installation: Measurement of Placement Deviations

Anchor Scale

This is it.

Measurements are taken with the casing in place.

First, determine the placement location using optical measurements (coordinate values) or the main survey line (design cross-section).

Hammer a nail into that spot.

Ground Anchor Installation Locations

To make it easier to see the top, bottom, left, and right, either drive guide nails or draw lines as shown in the photo.

Align the zero point on the anchor scale with the guide pin.

Measurements can be taken after drilling, during drilling, or before drilling.

However, since this measurement is based strictly on the casing as the reference point, please align the anchor body with the reference point after taking the measurement.

Anchor Scale

Please read the red markings on the arrow board. (You can choose your own X and Y values.)

Anchor Scale

We're currently testing it at our site, and we haven't had any issues with its usability.

We offer anchor casings in a variety of sizes.

Currently, φ90, φ115, and φ135 are the standard sizes.(Please let the store know which size you'd like.)

Larger sizes are also possible, but it will take a little longer, and the scale plate will need to be made larger.

Also, this time as well,We have prepared a custom box.So, if you need it, please contact us.

See you later.
