Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Do you know how to use the machine?

This is a power shovel.
What is this machine used for? (The bucket is the standard type used for excavation.)
Well, I guess I've already given away the answer, lol. It's for drilling.
It has no other uses besides drilling.
Back in the day, we used to hoist things up.
Lifting and moving things, or installing U-shaped gutters.
However,I can't right now.
Of course, any power shovel equipped with a crane mode will work!
Its primary purpose is, after all, as a drilling machine. That's how it works.
(If it has lifting hardware, this is not a one-time use.)

What do you think of this? (A high-pressure washer with a hot water function that we have here at our company)
That's a pressure washer, isn't it?
It uses a high-pressure water jet for cleaning, andThis machine is used for cleaning. That's it.
However, it is important to note that the subject matter is machinery and the like, not people.
Let's say we reduced the pressure on this machine and used it on a person, lowering the pressure to a level that wouldn't cause injury.
Is this okay?
What if you lower it to a level that feels as refreshing as a shower?
Is that okay??
The answer is
You're out!
Suppose an accident, such as an injury, were to occur due to misuse.
It may be recognized as a work-related injury.
However, depending on the circumstances, a site representative could face referral of the case to prosecutors or, in the worst-case scenario, a prison sentence.
Furthermore, there is a very real possibility that insurance claims will not be paid to disaster victims because the use of the property was deemed unauthorized.
Of course, you can't just try to pin the blame on the manufacturer.
This is because the manufacturer's instruction manual clearly states that the product must not be used for any purpose other than its intended use.
If you try to get insurance by lying, you’ll be charged with fraud if you’re caught. (Insurance companies will investigate, after all.)
Since people might try to imitate it, you shouldn't show it or teach it either.
If someone gets hurt while trying to imitate this, it’s their own fault. But is that really true?
Don't the people who showed it or taught it bear any responsibility at all?
These days, if someone were to die during a high-pressure washing operation, there’s even a chance you could be sued for aiding and abetting murder!?
Did you think, "Can a person actually die from a pressure washer!?"
Actually, there are cleaning machines powerful enough to easily pierce through the human body. There was actually an accident like that a long time ago.
High-pressure washers used to remove barnacles from the hulls of large ships generate absolutely insane pressure!! (Check out the manufacturer's website.)

Under no circumstances should this product be used for any purpose other than its intended use!
Please work with the utmost care to ensure the safety of those around you and to protect yourself.
And if you see anyone engaging in such behavior, please either warn them or report it to the appropriate authorities.
Using a product for purposes other than its intended use puts those around you at risk.
See you later.

A head-on collision... Just thinking about it is terrifying...
Thank you as always.
That's really scary!
Using it for anything other than its intended purpose is strictly prohibited!
