Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Every day, I do the dewatering drilling work by hand and come up with new ideas as I go.

Since the drill hole diameter is φ90, it produces such a large core; the one on the left is concrete.
It drills holes smoothly and easily.
The rock on the right is very hard.
What kind of rock is this?? Is it granite?? lol
Since it's a core drill, it's only natural that a core is extracted, but this core gets in the way.
Ultimately, we want to install rebar (or rock bolts) and PVC drainage pipes.
Since you obviously can't insert it if there's a core, you'll need to remove it.
If we're using our large-diameter drill? Then, since we're drilling with a double-pipe system, it goes without saying that no core will remain.
However, since this drilling method uses a core drill, a core sample remains.
Plus, this core actually gets stuck inside the casing tube, all bunched up, lol.
This is a real pain! It’s especially bad when the soil is a mix of good and bad material.
With the casing tube already in place in the mountain, insert a single-wall pipe (with a tapered tip) into the casing.
If the casing tube is 1 meter long, the single-wall pipe should naturally be 1 meter long as well, but it’s only 0.8 meters long.
Even when I hit it with a hammer, it's all twisted up inside and stuck, so I just can't get it off at all! lol
For now, the main challenge is figuring out how to ensure this doesn't get caught inside, can be easily removed, and can be pushed all the way in.
The blade of the bit I'm currently using is 5 mm wide. I think the casing tube is about 2.5 mm thick, so once half of the bit is worn away, it will be almost the same diameter as the inner diameter.
This makes it easier for rocks to get stuck inside the casing tube.
I designed it so that even if the bit gets worn down, it won't get stuck.
Well, it's not quite ready to be released yet, but it went well the other day lol
I’m growing a little bit every day as I try out all sorts of things.
However, I've started to find joy in my daily struggles.
It's tough since I don't have much know-how, but I'm making progress little by little, and it looks like I'll be breaking even soon lol (it's seriously dire right now).
However, I find construction work that I’ve never done myself to be fun.
It's fun until I get the hang of it, but once I start getting the hang of it, I get bored, lol.
It’s starting to get really cold, so make sure to bundle up and stay safe this winter!
Since it's the end of the year, let's make sure to stay safe at all costs!!!
See you later.
