It was easy to understand, lol
The difference between human error and a violation.

Once you've gained a certain amount of experience and knowledge, I think it's mostly intentional, lol.
On the other hand, new hires and those with little experience are almostWithout realizing itUnconsciously / Acted intentionally / Unconsciously / Did not act intentionally
...as if it applied to everything...
I wonder what kind of interpretation that would be?
If you don't know, don't have the knowledge, or don't have the experience, which of these would apply?
Based on the explanation I received, is this chart intended more for people who are already familiar with the job and understand the rules?
Even though we lump everything under the umbrella of “safety,” the way people perceive and think about it probably varies depending on whether they’re newcomers or beginners versus veterans.
In our household, we have a rule: "If you don't know what it is, don't touch it!"
In most cases, it’s best to stick with the status quo.
It’s better to maintain the status quo and give things time to improve than to make a clumsy move that could make the situation worse.
I attend a lot of safety meetings and conferences, but I’m pretty much over them—I feel like I’d get in trouble if I wrote that they’re boring, lol.
However, I don't think there are actually that many people who really listen carefully.
Even though I say it's boring, I actually enjoy watching people who look bored or like they're about to fall asleep...
Safety is incredibly important, but it's also incredibly boring.
And everyone is sick and tired of that.
I wonder if there are any new safety initiatives out there? (Does it feel like we've already exhausted all the options?)
I know it must be tough to organize this meeting, especially with everything else you have going on. (I really appreciate it!)
However, unless we make these meetings and conferences more meaningful, they’ll just become a complete formality.
If you hear about an accident like this six months or a year later, all you can say is, “Oh, really?” so,
In that case, how about sending out an email every month—similar to a safety meeting—with information on that month’s accidents and other safety-related topics?
The VR hazard prediction training we used to do on-site was also effective, wasn't it?
Hoping that something even more effective will come along in the future, I headed to the safety meeting again today...
