This is a continuation of the previous post.

 

After drilling with a crown bit, cement slurry is injected.

Basically, in outer drilling, the slurry is discharged through the outer casing.

And when the water pressure is high, it's surprisingly hard to tell if it's slime or water, lol.

Drilling and Injection Using a Crown Bit

After drilling is complete, insert the injection pipe to the very bottom and perform water displacement injection.

Alternatively, it is also acceptable to cement the borehole using cement slurry for the section beyond the anchorage point without performing replacement grouting.

 

Ideally, once the interior of the casing has been replaced with cement slurry, the slurry should be forced into the sand at the anchorage point while being discharged from the tip of the crown bit.

(Connect the cement slurry injection hose to the machine's water line and dispense the cement slurry while rotating the casing.)

One thing I’d like you to be careful about here is,Never pull back the casingThat's it!

Since the crown bit comes off easily, there's a high chance it will come loose if you pull on it.

Please be careful—it's hard to catch the ball if you just push it or spin it in place!

Injection by Kronenbit

By squeezing out the cement slurry and spreading it around, it seeps into the surrounding area and helps make it just a little more resistant to crumbling. (Fingers crossed)

You’d want to make the pore walls as self-supporting as possible and form a stabilized structure, right? (Well, since you can’t see it, it’s hard to say for sure, lol.)

 

However, given that the confined water pressure is high, it is entirely possible that cement slurry may also be injected in some cases.

That's up to the people on the ground to decide.

Next, we'll be inserting the anchor bodies, but I'll cover that another day.
