Job Description:Slope construction projects in and outside Nagano Prefecture.
Nationality: Foreign nationals and Japanese nationals are both welcome.
Language: Japanese (Candidates who can communicate effectively; those who are quiet are also welcome)
Job Description: Slope stabilization work, anchor installation, other earthwork, and construction management (Managers are also expected to perform basic construction work.)
Qualifications: Standard driver’s license
Skilled Worker Salary: Experienced workers: 4.5 million to 6.5 million yen, depending on skill level and years of experience; Novices: 4 million yen and up
Dependents: Preferential treatment provided.
Promotions: Annual raises based on performance.
Bonuses: Available (1–3 months’ salary)
Notes: Annual salary system available (in which case, no bonuses are provided).
Manager Salary: Experienced candidates: 4.5 million to 7 million yen depending on skill level and years of experience; Beginners: 4 million yen and up (training provided from the start of construction)

Most jobs are within commuting distance, but there may be business trips lasting 1 to 3 months a few times a year. Since we handle machine maintenance in-house, we also do welding and other tasks, so we work by teaching each other.
