For those coming from outside the prefecture,Within Nagoya City (around Nagoya Station or around Nagoya Sakae)Please book your hotel. You don’t need to bring a business card. (If there are many participants, we’ll use name tags instead.) There’s a “Title” field on the registration form, but it won’t be visible to others. (This is for tracking participant demographics.) If you need to cancel, you can do so even after submitting the form, but please send a cancellation email via the blog’s contact form. When doing so, please include the email address and name you entered on the form. The number of participants will be posted on the blog as it becomes available. We will be filming video on the day of the event. Therefore, if you do not wish to appear on camera, we will mark you accordingly so you can be easily identified.
