Introduction

Overview

This is a pressure plate for rock bolts (rebar insertion work) used in ground reinforcement.
Thanks to its lattice structure, it offers high water permeability and allows for full-surface greening.

Made of FRP, it is strong, lightweight, and highly corrosion-resistant, and can be used in conjunction with various bolts, protective caps, and construction methods.

[Lattice Structure]

Since the grid dimensions function as a surface, the area exposed to pressure is larger than that of a retaining wall, allowing for greater coverage of the natural ground.
It can be used in combination with sprayed mortar and continuous fiber-reinforced soil.
It has high water permeability, allowing for full-surface greening.

[Workability]

Since it is an independent pressure-bearing plate, it is suitable for reverse-wrap installation.
Since it involves fewer process steps than conventional methods and requires less skill, the construction period can be cut roughly in half, leading to labor savings.
Since the work can be done manually, no special heavy equipment is required.
