About Cap Nuts for Rebar Insertion Workers

Hello.
As a rebar inserter, I’ve recently started installing what are called “cap nuts.”
So, do you manage the torque for head fasteners? When I read your previous blog post, it mentioned that under Site Conditions I, the torque should be “just enough to prevent loosening”—is there any basis for this? Please let me know.
