It's the last New Year's Eve of the Heisei era, isn't it?<\/p>\n
For us people in our 40s, I think that was the toughest time. (Good memories? lol)<\/p>\n
From the bursting of the bubble to the recession that came down like a hailstorm\u2014lol\u2014like the Lehman Shock.<\/p>\n
Still, Heisei 31\u2014the year the Heisei era comes to an end\u2014is somehow quite poignant.<\/p>\n
Time really does fly by, doesn't it?<\/p>\n

What kind of year should we make of next year, everyone?<\/p>\n
Don't just sit back and do nothing!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Let's take the initiative and make next year the year we envision!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n I\u2019m looking forward to seeing what you all have in store for next year.
