This is Enta.<\/p>\n
At the very latest, today is the last day of work, right?<\/p>\n
We finished up the other day. (Same as the city office.)<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
This year marked a 10-year milestone for Enta.<\/p>\n
And there were all kinds of things\u2014both good and bad.<\/p>\n
The biggest event was that a \"revolt\" (lol) broke out within the company, and several employees were taken away.<\/p>\n
Well, I'm not sure if you can really call it a rebellion, though.<\/p>\n
Since I abandoned the site, I suppose you could say that.<\/p>\n
(Looks like there were some people pulling the strings behind the scenes, lol)<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
There are probably various reasons for this, but could it be the result of my lack of management skills and poor communication?<\/p>\n
I also feel that there was a lack of guidance.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
However, that's where it really got good.<\/p>\n
An acquaintance helped me out at the site.<\/p>\n
I've racked up a lot of favors.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s truly a blessing to have someone who\u2019s there to help when you\u2019re in a really tight spot!<\/p>\n
This is a moment of heartfelt gratitude!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n And I\u2019m truly grateful to the employees who have trusted me and followed my lead.<\/p>\n I talked a lot with everyone. I thought about it a lot! I worried (for a second, lol).<\/p>\n And then someone helped me!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Like thatA year in which I was able to find someone I could truly trust<\/span><\/strong><\/span>I think that's how it was.<\/p>\n It looks like the real fun is just starting now that we've passed the 10-year milestone, lol.<\/p>\n There are so many companies out there, and yet this kind of thing happens even at a small company like this, so\u2014<\/p>\n There are probably all sorts of things like that at other companies, too. Maybe there are even more at the big companies?<\/p>\n People like me\u2014who have absolutely no sense of shame or decorum\u2014keep making one mistake after another and posting about them online.<\/p>\n I\u2019d be happy if this made you think, \u201cOh, so even places that seem to be doing well can have things like this happen!\u201d<\/p>\n I hope this will give you all a little courage.<\/p>\n It's only natural that all sorts of things happen.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Do any of you have someone you can really trust?
