Director Kusare | On-Set Bloopers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, everyone.<\/p>\n<p>This is Enta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>There's this totally crazy guy working as a supervisor for the general contractor on site, lol.<\/p>\n<p>What makes this so outrageous is that,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I don't say good morning.<\/p>\n<p>He hands me the KY form from inside the car.<\/p>\n<p>I'll let you know the schedule for the day's attendance in the morning. (No meetings whatsoever.)<\/p>\n<p>He was rude from start to finish.<\/p>\n<p>They have no qualms about changing their own production schedule (causing delays), yet they complain when we fall behind.<\/p>\n<p>They probably aren't managing the process.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Well, that's the gist of it.<\/p>\n<p>I mean,<span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">This really sucks!<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's kind of how it is, lol<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8732\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/dame_man.png\" alt=\"No\" width=\"418\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Aren't you the general contractor?<\/p>\n<p>Do you know what a site representative is??<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/ja.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%E7%8F%BE%E5%A0%B4%E4%BB%A3%E7%90%86%E4%BA%BA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">What Is a Site Representative?<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Being a site representative isn't just about handing out KY forms, is it?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But you see people like that all the time, don't you?<\/p>\n<p>What a lousy director, lol (He was even worse than usual this time, lol)<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s constantly giving orders, but he\u2019s the kind of director who makes you do things over and over again\u2014it\u2019s just par for the course.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a tendency often seen in directors who are a bit off the mark.<\/p>\n<p>It's not a bad thing to be mistaken. Sometimes, it can actually lead to growth.<\/p>\n<p>I heard that some directors are saying it would \u201ctarnish their impressive track record\u201d... (It\u2019s true.)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A director must focus on effectively managing and running the set.<\/p>\n<p>Just because specialized construction management is being subcontracted doesn't mean your job should be limited to simply handing over the KY forms.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Site Representative. What is your job?
