(Part 4) | Mixing and Application Defects"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, everyone.<\/p>\n<p>This is Enta.<\/p>\n<p>I'm really enjoying autumn on Honshu lol<\/p>\n<p>Please take good care of your health as well.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>But that's beside the point.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">The Crack Series<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's it.<\/p>\n<p>Up until the last time,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">1. Spraying during periods of extremely high temperatures<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">2. The rock lines in the rock section and the sedimentary section were clearly visible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><del>3. Overhang (a section of a rock face where the slope extends over your head like a roof overhang.)<\/del><\/p>\n<p>4. There was some spray loss.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">5. Plastic spacers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>6. A pile of material slid down while we were spraying.<\/p>\n<p>7. Nighttime temperatures drop to near 0 degrees (or below freezing).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">8. The sand is bad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #fa8072; font-size: medium;\"><strong>4. Spray loss occurred<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nWell, I guess that can't be helped.<\/p>\n<p>There's no way to prevent it.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re actually spraying continuously, but there\u2019s one area where the layers are definitely separating, and that is<span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">There's definitely one.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>It's virtually impossible to remove it, so please just give up.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>However, that<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>How to Minimize Losses as Much as Possible<\/strong><\/span>There is one.<\/p>\n<p>That is<span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Introduction of a Forced-Action Mixer<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's it.<\/p>\n<p>Normally, in spray application, cement and sand are mixed (blended) inside the spray machine, but<\/p>\n<p>It is said that if the mixing time is too short at that point, there is a higher likelihood of waste.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, a machine was developed to minimize waste by increasing the mixing time and mixing the mortar more efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>This is a forced-action mixer.<\/p>\n<p>Before the mixture enters the spray machine\u2019s hopper, the sand and cement are mixed in a forced-action mixer; this mixture is then fed into the spray machine, where water is added to form mortar.<\/p>\n<p>The main issue is that the installation distance for the plant increases by about 2 meters, and one slightly heavier piece of equipment is added. (Some models come with a weighing device.)<\/p>\n<p>This is particularly advantageous when the pumping distance is long.<\/p>\n<p>However, although it takes some effort (such as cleaning), the general contractor\u2019s pay doesn\u2019t go up.<\/p>\n<p>From an administrative standpoint,<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Creativity and Ingenuity<\/strong><\/span>\u3067<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">1 point<\/span><\/strong>It's just a matter of whether they'll give it to you or not, but personally, I recommend it.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">I believe that if construction contractors give up on improving their skills, they will gradually lose their competitive edge in the years to come.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Only those who hone their skills to create something unprecedented\u2014those who defy convention\u2014will be able to move on to the next era!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>That's what I think.<\/p>\n<p>When it comes to cleaning, there have been quite a few accidents involving people getting caught up in it for a long time.<\/p>\n<p>When cleaning, be sure to turn off the circuit breaker and shut down the generator.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, make sure to turn off both the circuit breakers on the distribution panel and those on the machine itself.<span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Definitely<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">To prevent electrical current from flowing<\/span><\/strong><\/span>and,<\/p>\n<p>If possible, please use a socket when connecting the camera, and<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Always unplug the power cord during cleaning and inspection.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>Measures such as these are necessary.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>See you later.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/en\/causes-of-mortar-cracks-part-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Why Do Cracks Form in Mortar?
