Lately, I've been on edge every day.<\/p>\n
I've strung about 30 racquets so far.<\/p>\n
Man, I'm getting bored lol<\/p>\n
If I keep doing just one thing, I get bored.<\/p>\n
However, even the smallest thing can make a big difference in how I feel.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Since I tend to get bored, I might try doing things a little differently, or I might get really particular about setting up the dial gauge.<\/p>\n
We're trying to come up with creative ways to do things, like pushing our daily limits and so on.<\/p>\n
\"Is there a way to make this a little easier? Should I make a jig to mount the dial gauge?\" and so on.<\/p>\n
The more I do it, the more I realize, \u201cIf I do it this way, it\u2019ll be easier,\u201d or \u201cIf I do it that way, I can get it done faster and with less effort.\u201d<\/p>\n

I find this moment absolutely delightful.<\/p>\n
So, I jot down any ideas that come to mind on my phone before I forget them.<\/p>\n
I'll think about that when I get home.<\/p>\n
That way, there\u2019ll be one more thing I can do more easily, right? lol<\/p>\n

People who aren't very good at their jobs or aren't very efficient often think that just because they worked for a long time, that's enough, or<\/p>\n
Some people say that just because you put a lot of effort into a job that\u2019s incredibly time-consuming, it\u2019s worth it.<\/p>\n
It just makes you feel like you've done some work, but in reality, you make no progress and end up with only mediocre results.<\/p>\n
And after that, I suppose I'll just keep doing the same job in the same way.<\/p>\n
People like that are usually pretty high-maintenance, aren't they? lol<\/p>\n

Don't you want to make work more enjoyable?<\/p>\n
Don't you want to enjoy your work more today than yesterday, and more tomorrow than today!?<\/p>\n
Are you doing anything to make your work more enjoyable?<\/p>\n
If you just go about your usual routine in the same old way, it gets boring.<\/p>\n

Mr. I, a colleague I'm with right now, is mixing cement slurry at the plant, but,<\/p>\n
Since I get bored easily, I\u2019d change up how I poured the cement or do strength training with it while I worked lol<\/p>\n
That's one way to enjoy it, isn't it? lol (It's funny, though.)<\/p>\n

I received a message the other day saying that the item I\u2019d ordered from a supplier in Sapporo had arrived, so I\u2019m going to pick it up this weekend.<\/p>\n
I guess I'll have to try that out and let you all know how it goes, lol.<\/p>\n
