This is something that really bugs me.<\/p>\n

Insert the wedge into this hole.<\/p>\n

Be sure to apply grease at that time.<\/p>\n

The reason we do this is that this area is subjected to tremendous stress when under tension.<\/p>\n

This applies pressure to the side surface of the wedge.<\/p>\n

It's what's known as extreme pressure. An extremely high surface pressure is applied across the entire wedge.<\/p>\n

As a result, as you continue to apply the load repeatedly, it will dig in deeper and deeper until it can no longer be removed.<\/p>\n

Please look around the jack hole.<\/p>\n

It's all dented up from the hammer lol<\/p>\n

Just apply a rough coat\u2014it will spread out when you prick it.<\/p>\n

Repeat this for the specified number of times.<\/p>\n

I put this on whenever I feel nervous.<\/p>\n

Also, it\u2019s especially important to make sure you wipe off any sand or other debris if it gets on the item after you drop it.<\/p>\n

After all, this part is subjected to tremendous force, so even a single grain of sand will cause it to sink in.<\/p>\n

If that's the case, I definitely won't be able to get it lol<\/p>\n

You'll have to keep hammering it until it's all dented up.<\/p>\n

By the way, you shouldn't use cheap grease from places like home improvement stores.<\/p>\n

Even when it comes to bellows grease, I recommend one that costs around 1,000 yen.<\/p>\n

That's because many inexpensive greases have little or no extreme-pressure properties.<\/p>\n

We recommend using the best-quality molybdenum grease possible.<\/p>\n

The jack's design is simple, so as long as you handle it correctly, you won't have to tap it with a hammer lol.<\/p>\n
