I guess I'm what people call a \"disaster victim\"?<\/p>\n
I haven't been injured, and the area where I live has both electricity and water.<\/p>\n
We just don't have any fuel. And we're running low on food, I guess?<\/p>\n
Fuel restrictions were put in place, and we were told we could only get 5 liters of gasoline and 10 liters of diesel.<\/p>\n
I couldn't even afford bread for breakfast, so this morning I had a chocolate muffin from the convenience store for breakfast lol<\/p>\n
Well, since we can't drill at the site, the operation has been canceled, but it looks like I'll still be able to get nervous, so I'm starting to feel nervous.<\/p>\n
We can't drill at full speed because we're out of fuel. Well, it looks like the construction work has been affected by the disaster...<\/p>\n

If the soil becomes loose and the weight increases due to rain, it will collapse. The reverse is also true.<\/p>\n
What\u2019s more, the sites where landslide mitigation work is being carried out are generally located on mountains that retain water. This is true of almost all landslide-prone areas.<\/p>\n
If it rains heavily there, it can be very dangerous.<\/p>\n
