My heart's racing<\/li>\n<li>Aaaah, the pressure just won't go up!<\/li>\n<li>The generator stopped and the numbers disappeared~~~~!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are plenty of examples like that, aren't there?<\/p>\n<p>Back when I was younger, just being present at a government office used to make me nervous, but now that I\u2019m a veteran, I\u2019m totally chill about it, lol.<\/p>\n<p>When I see the young supervisor from the general contractor flustered, I find myself wanting to cheer him on.<\/p>\n<p>I've been through that myself.<\/p>\n<p>That said, even if you don't manage your nerves well, you can always try again.<\/p>\n<p>Even when dealing with government offices, if you make a mistake, you can just try again.<\/p>\n<p>The most important thing is that nothing is missing.<\/p>\n<p>As long as you haven't missed it, you can just retake the exam. There's no problem at all.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">An anchor will work as long as it hasn't come loose!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For this session on stress management, I\u2019d like to try something a little different.<\/p>\n<p>That's the measurement method.<\/p>\n<p>Actually, this is something I\u2019ve always thought was definitely better, and,<\/p>\n<p>Once you learn this method, I\u2019m sure you\u2019ll all switch to it.<\/p>\n<p>Absolutely.
