Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Actually, I'm heading to Vietnam starting today.

That's Hanoi up there, isn't it?

Well, I'm sure you'll figure it out right away, but yes!

Our company is finally implementing the Foreign Technical Intern Training Program.

We might be a little behind schedule, but things are going smoothly for us at this pace.

I think there are still some mysteries here and there, so I’ll share everything I experience from this point on, without holding anything back.

I don't think there's anything in particular to hide, but I don't have that much detailed information either.

As far as information goes, people often say that interns work hard. That's about it.

It's a little hard to figure out the order up to that point, isn't it?

I'm going to dump all of that out there lol

For now, we've posted job openings for two slope stabilization workers and two anchor installation workers.

At this point, we plan to hire 4 out of the 12 applicants.

There’s a mix of married and single people, so I’m not sure which one to choose.

After all, even if you call it a first impression, I don't even understand the language—so what's this interview all about?? Is there even any point in doing this??

I do feel that way, at least partly.

Rather than posting job openings at Hello Work and hoping to attract young Japanese people who won’t show up or won’t work,

It is only natural to seek out young foreign workers who are willing to work hard.

I think there are people who are very interested in this article.

I'm going to study hard!

Please wait a little longer.

So, I'm not sure how this will affect my blog updates due to the time difference (it's two hours earlier here), but I'm off for now!

See you later.
