There\u2019s a job called \u201clas-patching,\u201d but,<\/p>\n

Well, it\u2019s one of those types of construction work that even people outside the slope stabilization industry are pretty familiar with. I think I\u2019ve written about what this means before.<\/p>\n

The Meaning of \"Las-Pari-Ko\"<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Well, this is just common sense, but I've been using the spacers I introduced earlier quite a bit lately.<\/p>\n

The reason we use it is that it goes over well with government officials.<\/p>\n

So, do you get a higher score if you use the stuff that the government says is \"the best\"? lol Is it easier to get a good evaluation that way?<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve mentioned this before, but,<\/p>\n

Super Save Rope<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This is another Netis product; it offers excellent visibility on-site and has received high praise from government agencies.<\/p>\n

After all, since the general contractor also uses Netis products supplied by subcontractors, isn't it easier for them to be evaluated?<\/p>\n

(Since it\u2019s a Netis product, if you tell the general contractor to include it as a creative solution, there\u2019s a chance they\u2019ll increase the number of items.)<\/p>\n

Netis products are basically the same, but I feel like the ones I've actually used get higher ratings. (Though I'm not sure if they'll definitely be rated highly??)<\/p>\n

As new technologies are developed, adopted, and proven effective, their use will continue to grow.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, using Netis products will improve your standing with government agencies.
\n(I think so. I\u2019m not entirely sure, since I\u2019ve recently stopped working as a prime contractor for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.)<\/p>\n

Even among section chiefs at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, there are some who are real internet enthusiasts!<\/p>\n

It was as if it were saying, \u201cWhy aren\u2019t you using Netis products!?\u201d (This really happened, lol)<\/p>\n

Speaking of that branch office\u2019s outsourced construction management, they keep asking, \u201cIsn\u2019t there a Netis-registered construction method that uses a similar technique?\u201d...<\/p>\n

A construction manager with absolutely no authority says whatever he wants, and sometimes even installing Netis products doesn't count toward the score.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

There's nothing wrong with using new technology, but since it involves certain costs and trade-offs, we're cautious about adopting it.<\/p>\n

That said, I love trying new things, so there are quite a few things I\u2019d like to give a try.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Trying new things is very risky, but on the other hand, it also has many benefits.<\/p>\n

The main benefit is, quite simply, the score.<\/p>\n

From a director's perspective, it's inevitable that one's attention is drawn to the rating scores.<\/p>\n

Actually, in the director\u2019s view, public reputation carries more weight than the company\u2019s profits.<\/p>\n

\"Director's<\/p>\n

If anything, I think it\u2019s fair to say that getting a high score should be the top priority.<\/p>\n

They give higher scores for novelty rather than workability. (Especially if no one else is using it.)<\/p>\n

This is no longer a matter that can be dismissed simply because a craftsman says, \u201cI don\u2019t want to use this product because it\u2019s difficult to work with.\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The reason we focus so much on the scores here is that a high technical evaluation score gives us a significant advantage in the next bidding round.<\/p>\n

For example, if you announce before the bid that you will assign an engineer with a high technical evaluation score to the XX site, your score will go up.<\/p>\n

Just by doing that, you'll start to pull ahead of your competitors.<\/p>\n

The winning bid price for a single item can vary by as much as 1 million or 2 million.<\/p>\n

This means it will be easier to win the bid.<\/p>\n

What's more, when a completed project site receives an award, the company's score goes up again.<\/p>\n

These ratings may vary by region, but they\u2019re maintained for about three years\u2014as a top-rated construction company!<\/p>\n

This means you can win the bid on even better terms.<\/p>\n

When I think that even something as trivial as laying the final layer, as mentioned above, could lead to that kind of discussion,<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a little scary, but that\u2019s just the reality of civil engineering these days, isn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n

It's nonsense to use something just because it's cheap.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's what it means.<\/p>\n

In any case, we need to make sure that even when working as a subcontractor, the prime contractor can still earn points. I think this is incredibly important.<\/p>\n

By doing so, we can bothA Win-Win Relationship<\/span><\/strong><\/span>Become one, and maybe your commission will go up??? lol<\/p>\n

That said, there\u2019s a labor shortage right now, so labor costs are skyrocketing.<\/p>\n

However, the more new things you try, the more your skills will improve by leaps and bounds!<\/p>\n
