This is Enta.<\/p>\n

I've been going to the dentist for treatment since last month.<\/p>\n

My back tooth got ruined by gum disease, and now the bone has dissolved and it's wobbly lol<\/p>\n

Take a look at this CT scan\u2014you can see half of the root of my back tooth, lol.<\/p>\n

This isn't something to laugh about,It really does come out of nowhere!<\/strong><\/p>\n

I've actually been pretty careful about taking care of my teeth.<\/p>\n

I used to get my teeth cleaned at the dentist once every three months.<\/p>\n

All of a sudden, my tooth started wobbling, and I was told I have periodontal disease, so I'm currently undergoing treatment.<\/p>\n

What's the cause? Personally, I think it's a \"lack of technical skills.\"<\/h2>\n

What follows are entirely my personal thoughts.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve been doing maintenance every three months, but I still couldn\u2019t find it. Isn\u2019t that weird?<\/p>\n

I think getting a second opinion is important, but,<\/p>\n

If the initial treatment plan (what we call the initial design) is wrong, there\u2019s a chance that no matter what we do later, we won\u2019t be able to correct it.<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n

In terms of slope engineering, this is like driving anchors or installing drainage systems based on incorrect geological survey data regarding the geology or the groundwater level.<\/p>\n

No matter how carefully the work is done, if the construction method or installation location is wrong, it will collapse when it\u2019s bound to collapse.<\/p>\n

Could it be that the reason you can't find anything even when you're inspecting is that you're looking in the wrong places to begin with?<\/p>\n

Personally, I think the initial diagnosis and treatment plan were fundamentally flawed. (Just my opinion, lol.)<\/p>\n

Dentists Are Currently Facing a Wave of Bankruptcies<\/h2>\n

Dentists used to be said to be \u201cmore numerous than convenience stores.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to data from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, there are approximately 65,600 dental clinics nationwide (as of October 2025).<\/p>\n

Since there are about 55,641 convenience stores, it seems there are actually more dentists!<\/p>\n

According to a survey by Teikoku Databank,There will be 25 dental practice bankruptcies in 2025<\/strong>This marks the second-highest level on record, following the all-time high of 27 cases in 2024.<\/p>\n

If we include those that have closed, suspended operations, or dissolved, even more dentists have disappeared from the market.<\/p>\n

It looks like 2026 will be even more impressive!<\/p>\n

These are times when even doctors are scared.<\/p>\n

It is said that the main causes are high prices, rising labor costs, and an aging business owner population, but,<\/p>\n

Tokyo Shoko Research has also noted that there is a \u201ccompetition for patients\u201d and that \u201centry into high-value-added fields such as dental implants is inevitable,\u201d and<\/p>\n

An Era Where Technical Expertise Makes the Difference<\/strong>I think it's safe to say that it's coming in.<\/p>\n

Isn't it the same for slope contractors and civil engineers?<\/h2>\n

I felt that the story about the dentist followed exactly the same pattern.<\/p>\n

These days, even slope maintenance contractors won't get called in unless they have the right skills.<\/p>\n

Contractors who don't have the necessary equipment or are reluctant to adopt new construction methods are being phased out of the field one after another.<\/p>\n

As I\u2019ve mentioned many times on my blog, bankruptcies in the construction industry have been rising rapidly since 2024, haven\u2019t they!<\/p>\n

Among these, in addition to \u201crising prices,\u201d \u201clabor shortages,\u201d and \u201cdifficulties finding successors,\u201d<\/p>\n

Lack of Construction Capacity<\/strong>It seems there are also a growing number of cases where companies find themselves caught in a vicious cycle of extended project timelines and increased outsourcing.<\/p>\n

Personally, I think things will get even tougher from here on out.<\/p>\n

The shift from \u201cI\u2019ll hire you because you\u2019re cheap\u201d to \u201cI\u2019ll hire you because you\u2019re skilled.\u201d<\/p>\n

They quietly fade away, left behind by incompetent contractors<\/h2>\n

Whether it's a dentist or a slope engineer, they're all cut from the same cloth.<\/p>\n

Contractors who lack skill, don't have the right equipment, or don't study or work hard will disappear before you know it.<\/p>\n

The bone around my back tooth will never go back to the way it was. (Poor thing.)<\/p>\n

The original plan? Due to a mistake...<\/p>\n

From a legal standpoint,We're in a situation where we're scrambling to take action after things have already fallen apart.<\/strong>.(This is how construction works in Japan, lol.)<\/p>\n

That means we can't just pretend it never happened.<\/p>\n

If your initial assessment is wrong, it's pretty tough to make up for it later.<\/p>\n

\u2026\u2026Yeah, first of all, I\u2019m going to do my best to get my teeth fixed, lol.<\/p>\n

However, it seems like this advanced medical treatment called \"Blue Radical\" might actually do the trick!<\/p>\n

The best preventive measure is dental floss!<\/p>\n

Be sure to thoroughly clean between your teeth with dental floss.<\/p>\n

That thing isn't just for threading a string through.<\/p>\n

Apparently, you're supposed to move it up, down, left, and right to target the gaps between your gums!<\/p>\n
