(There are also many companies that pay nothing.)<\/p>\n<p>In terms of annual income, that amounts to an increase of about 240,000 yen.<\/p>\n<p>The reason for such a large difference is that,<\/p>\n<p>Having a certified construction management engineer on site gives the general contractor and its higher-level clients the impression that there is a person (or company) on site who understands construction management.<\/p>\n<p>If you're a general contractor, you'll be even more valued! (This relates to bidding.)<\/p>\n<p>So, they\u2019re directly tied to whether the company can land a job, right? lol<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>The Nation's Ideal vs. Actual Number of Bankruptcies<\/h2>\n<p>The government has set forth the ideal of \"raising workers' wages through CCUS.\"<\/p>\n<p>But what is the current situation in the construction industry?\u2014<\/p>\n<p><strong>According to a survey by Teikoku Databank, the number of bankruptcies in the construction industry in the first half of 2024 was 957 (up 22.8% from the same period last year).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This figure is among the highest seen in the past 10 years.<\/p>\n<p>This figure will be updated in 2025, and<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">I'll post more updates in 2026<\/span><\/strong>That's what they say!!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-59175\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Gemini_Generated_Image_jwkgjyjwkgjyjwkg.jpg\" alt=\"Pay Structure\" width=\"600\" height=\"335\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The cost of materials has skyrocketed.<\/p>\n<p>Labor costs are rising.<\/p>\n<p>The burden of social insurance premiums just keeps increasing.<\/p>\n<p>Yet, the increase in unit purchase prices hasn't kept pace.<\/p>\n<p>In a situation like that, even if I\u2019m told, \u201cIf you improve your CCUS skills, you can earn 6 million yen a year,\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>\"Won't the company go under before that happens?\"<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>That's what you'd think, right? lol<\/p>\n<p>To be honest, it's a reality that's no laughing matter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The number of CCUS subscribers is estimated to be approximately 1.8 million as of the end of March 2026, but<\/p>\n<p>Since there are approximately 3.3 million construction workers in total,<strong>The adoption rate has not yet reached 40 percent.<\/strong><br \/>\n(Construction Industry Promotion Fund: CCUS Registration Status)<\/p>\n<p>Even if we try to make it mandatory, the front-line staff can't keep up.<\/p>\n<p>The reason the front lines can't keep up is that they don't see the benefits.<\/p>\n<p>This is spinning around and around.<\/p>\n<p>So, does that mean there are a ton of government officials who\u2019ve been placed here after retiring from their posts?<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>My conclusion is that,<\/p>\n<p>I don't deny the \"system\" of CCUS itself.<\/p>\n<p>As employment history accumulates, it may serve as an evaluation criterion in the future.<\/p>\n<p>However, the current situation is<strong>\"They're just charging fees for registration, and that doesn't directly translate into wages.\"<\/strong>I believe that's the reality.<\/p>\n<p>Don't rely too much on the government system, but be sure to keep records.
