Although it\u2019s a load-bearing slab and not a concrete structure, to avoid having it flagged during an inspection,<\/p>\n

I also cleaned the organic buildup off the back of the pressure plate lol. I used a pressure washer to thoroughly clean just the back side.<\/p>\n

It was covered in moss, so I was thinking, \u201cOh no, the inspector is going to say something totally unexpected\u2026\u201d lol<\/p>\n

In fact, there are times when contamination is unavoidable.<\/p>\n

Take fallen leaves, for example. No matter how much you blow them with an air blower, you just can't get rid of them all.<\/p>\n

In that case, please give up. It's impossible.<\/p>\n

Even if you picked them up one by one at that moment, the next gust of wind would send them swirling down again in a shower of fallen leaves.<\/p>\n

Stumps won't work either. Pulling out the tree roots can actually cause the slope to become unstable.<\/p>\n
