(Part 2)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, everyone.<\/p>\n<p>This is Enta.<\/p>\n<p>Last time, we talked about the pressure in the packer.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/en\/packer-pressure-limit-test\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">I Tried Measuring the Limit of Packer Pressure!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>What we learned from this experiment was that even if the pressure is increased to 0.2 MPa or higher, the weave of the packer fabric opens up, making it pointless.<\/p>\n<p>At 0.2 MPa or higher, cement slurry starts gushing out.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-44599\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/2021-06-21-15.51.12.jpg\" alt=\"Packer Expansion Ratio\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/2021-06-21-15.51.12.jpg 600w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/2021-06-21-15.51.12-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Therefore, a maximum value of 0.2 MPa is sufficient.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And there's one more important thing.<\/p>\n<p>Occasionally, some people say to increase the pressure to 0.5 MPa or higher.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>However, please do not do this under any circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>There was something I learned from this experiment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>That happened before Packer,<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The plastic pipe is about to burst!<\/span><\/strong>\uff57<\/p>\n<p>There are only three videos, but we actually conducted twice as many experiments\u2014six in total.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At first, the packer tests were conducted to see how much stress the packer could withstand and to check the condition of the areas where it was secured.<\/p>\n<p>Because of that, I used to raise the pressure higher than necessary\u2014up to 0.6 MPa or so\u2014but the polyethylene pipes would generally burst at around 0.5 to 0.6 MPa.<\/p>\n<p>At first, I wondered if the packer was leaking because it was cut wrong, or if the tie-off band was causing the problem.<\/p>\n<p>I had imagined things like that, but in reality, it turned out that the mesh had stretched or that the polyethylene pipe itself wasn't strong enough.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5803\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/e49b0d4177224242d99a88a37bc62e77.jpg\" alt=\"Hose Clamp Tightness\" width=\"600\" height=\"460\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/e49b0d4177224242d99a88a37bc62e77.jpg 600w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/e49b0d4177224242d99a88a37bc62e77-300x230.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In conclusion, it is definitely better to set the maximum value for the packer pressure to 0.2 MPa as a general rule.<\/p>\n<p>Any more than that, and the packer will likely be a waste.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. The possibility of the packer rupturing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. The possibility that the packer's tie-off point could come undone<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. The hose may burst<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. The hose may rupture, making it impossible to maintain pressure.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
