The other day, we invited representatives from the Public Works Research Institute to conduct a stress management session.<\/p>\n

The most important thing when you're nervous is, of course, not to lose your nerve lol<\/p>\n
That's the best option.<\/p>\n

To be honest, personally, I don't even care about management data or anything like that.<\/p>\n
I imagine there are quite a few engineers like that, though.<\/p>\n

I was nervous this time, so I had them check my hair styling as well.<\/p>\n
As always, I was shivering uncontrollably while observing the work at the site, which was freezing cold.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
We also showed them how we collect data for stress management.<\/p>\n
Well, it\u2019s pretty standard, but I hope this will lead to something in the future.<\/p>\n

Among all of these, the one thing I really want you to make sure to do properly is applying the rust-preventive oil to the head.<\/p>\n

I hear that the Public Works Research Institute often goes out to inspect anchors, but it seems there are a lot of sites where only a tiny bit of rust-preventative oil has been applied...<\/p>\n
Well, I suppose it was done quite a while ago.<\/p>\n
I don't think any company these days would do such sloppy work, though.<\/p>\n

Apparently, it contains almost no rust-preventive oil.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m pretending to apply the coating before cutting because I wanted to take a picture, but in reality, please apply it after cutting the PC steel wire lol.<\/p>\n

Apply the rust-preventive oil for the head assembly with a brush!<\/p>\n
I'd like you to use this as a guideline.<\/p>\n

Make sure to do a thorough job on the most important parts.<\/p>\n
If you apply a good coat of rust-preventive oil here, it won't rust much even after several decades!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Just because you put rust-preventive oil in the anchor cap doesn't mean it's okay.<\/p>\n
Be sure to apply it (by brushing it on directly).<\/p>\n
This alone is enough to provide significant rust protection.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
This is extremely important, so let's make sure to do the work properly!<\/p>\n
