sighing the whole time, lol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The price of that machine is crazy.<\/strong>That's the story.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \u633f\u7d751 --><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone \/><\/p>\n<h2>The reality that everything is doubling<\/h2>\n<p>Until recently<strong>The spray machine that used to cost 5 million is now 8 million.<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>The drilling machine that used to cost 8 million is now 16 million.<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>A 4-metric-ton truck costs over 15 million yen once it's fully outfitted.<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>I guess all I transportation all on the rise, I understand that manufacturers have no choice but to raise their prices.<\/p>\n<p>I get that, but the question is, \"So what are we supposed to do?\"<\/p>\n<p>Even though the number of machines has doubled, the unit price we charge the general contractor hasn't changed at all,<strong>Doesn't that seem a little strange?<\/strong>That's the story, lol<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-58354\" price for your machinery?<\/h2>\n<p>I\u2019d like to ask you all something here,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you have a process for determining the unit price for machinery costs?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Are you setting your prices based on \"just a hunch\" or \"that's always been the price\"?<\/p>\n<p>If you don't calculate this properly, you'll seriously end up bleeding red.<\/p>\n<p>Well then, let's do the math.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For example,<strong>An 8 million yen spray machine<\/strong>Let's say you bought it.<\/p>\n<p>The number of days used in a year<strong>21 days \u00d7 3 months = 63 days<\/strong>Let's assume that...<\/p>\n<p>All purchases were financed with bank loans.<strong>5-Year Repayment Plan<\/strong>Let's assume that...<\/p>\n<p><strong>[Formula]<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre>8 million yen \u00f7 5 years = 1.6 million yen (annual repayment amount)\n\n1.6 million yen \u00f7 63 days = approximately 25,400 yen (daily equipment depreciation cost)\r\n<\/pre>\n<p>In addition to this,<strong>Plus the cost of repairs over the course of one year<\/strong>Add [...].<\/p>\n<p>For example, if repair costs amount to 1 million yen per year,<\/p>\n<pre>1 million yen \u00f7 63 days (3 months \u00d7 21 days) = approximately 15,900 yen (repair cost per day)\r\n<\/pre>\n<p>In other words,<\/p>\n<pre>25,400 yen + 15,900 yen = approximately 41,300 yen (minimum daily equipment cost)\r\n<\/pre>\n<p><strong>This is the bare minimum.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depending on the car, you\u2019ve got fuel costs, oil, consumables, insurance, vehicle inspections\u2026 and the list just keeps going, lol.<\/p>\n<p>When you actually do the math like this, it comes out to a crazy amount, lol.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-58355\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/b0525c7a1bbe0252820b434b78e61079.jpg\" alt=\"Balance\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>If we don't reflect this in our unit prices, the company will go under.<\/h2>\n<p>With the previous 5-million-type spray machine, it would have cost about 15,900 yen per day under the same conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The moment it reached 8 million, it was about 25,400 yen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>It's going up by about 10,000 yen a day, you know.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A difference of about 630,000 yen per year based on 63 days of operation.<\/p>\n<p>That adds up to a difference of more than 3 million over five years.<\/p>\n<p>If we keep charging \"the same as before\" without reflecting this in our unit prices, it\u2019s only natural that the company\u2019s financial strength will be eroded.<\/p>\n<p>The higher the cost of the machinery, the more,<strong>This needs to be properly reflected in the financial results.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I understand how you feel\u2014whether it\u2019s because \u201cit\u2019s hard to bring it up with the general contractor\u201d or \u201cit\u2019ll end up costing more than other companies.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However,<strong>If you don't charge the right price, you'll only be shooting yourself in the foot.<\/strong>That's just how it is.<\/p>\n<p>When a machine breaks down, there\u2019s no money to replace it, repair costs can\u2019t be covered, and as a result, operations come to a halt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>That would cause the general contractor a lot more trouble, wouldn't it?<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s set our unit prices confidently and with a solid basis.<\/p>\n<p>Please be sure to try out the formula I wrote here on your company's
