Hello, everyone.<\/p>\n

This is Enta.<\/p>\n

The other day, I went out for yakiniku with some of my coworkers.<\/p>\n

\"Enta's<\/p>\n

Of course, there are some employees who can\u2019t go due to work commitments, but I\u2019ll go with everyone as much as possible.<\/p>\n

Basically, I don't mind if I don't go\u2014as long as the employees go among themselves, that's fine, but,<\/p>\n

Well, if I'm invited, I can't very well say no, can I? lol<\/p>\n

However, since so many of our employees are really young, they eat a lot.<\/p>\n

3 bowls of rice<\/strong>They say things like, \u201cLet\u2019s have some sweets,\u201d and then eat dessert after a meal.<\/p>\n

It really makes me happy to be able to work with kids like that, doesn't it?<\/p>\n

It feels like we're receiving a power that we don't have.<\/p>\n

They are our future.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Young<\/p>\n

I want to raise my child well so they can grow up to be a successful adult!<\/p>\n

Meals with young people are really delicious.<\/p>\n

Back when I was still a rookie director, whenever I went out to eat with an older craftsman,<\/p>\n

They kept bringing out dish after dish, urging me to \"Eat, eat!\" So I was wolfing it down, and the chef was sipping his sake with a smirk on his face, watching me.<\/p>\n

Now I understand what that feeling is. It's the urge to let them eat as much as they want.<\/p>\n

That really gives you a boost, doesn't it! If you're in your 40s or older, you know exactly what I mean, right? lol<\/p>\n

On the other hand, I was talking to a director I know, and\u2014<\/p>\n

They say our employees are too young, so stability is inevitably low.<\/p>\n

That's exactly right. It's still a bit rough around the edges, and the boss is running around handling everything by himself.<\/p>\n

I think it must be really tough for the foremen, but that\u2019s the path I took myself.<\/p>\n

I guess I\u2019ll only be able to relax a little once I\u2019ve raised my younger child and things have settled down.<\/p>\n

I'm truly grateful to my bosses!<\/p>\n

So I told that coach, \u201cIf you could just wait about three more years, this team would probably become a lot more stable,\u201d lol.<\/p>\n

That said,I do my job thoroughly and meticulously.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It's just that I often end up relying on the director\u2014or rather, there's a lot of inconsistency.<\/p>\n

As expected, we can't beat the team with more older members in that department, lol.<\/p>\n

In groups with many older members, things tend to move along smoothly almost automatically, even without much conversation, but,<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

At our place, the boss always cheers us on and gives it his all, lol.<\/p>\n

In contrast, the younger kids are responding with things like, \u201cYes!\u201d \u201cYes!\u201d and \u201cGot it!\u201d<\/p>\n

\"Replying\"<\/p>\n

So, the workplace is really lively lol\u2014in a good way lololol<\/p>\n

Next week, the team that's been on a business trip to Shizuoka will be back, so we're planning to go out and have a blast together again.<\/p>\n

I've been eating nothing but yakiniku lately, so my stomach is in bad shape.<\/p>\n

I'm getting fat from all the meat.<\/p>\n

People say it's bad if I stop eating, so I'll force myself to eat! lol<\/p>\n

Next time, it would be nice to have something like grilled fish, if possible.<\/p>\n

Stomach medicine is a must.<\/p>\n
