\ud83d\ude11 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/UAh6AA5dmP\">pic.twitter.com\/UAh6AA5dmP<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 The Average Family's Home (@shominnoouchi) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/shominnoouchi\/status\/1986758888960700467?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 7, 2025<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>It looks like they finally straightened it out, but I can\u2019t help thinking, \u201cIf it was going to turn out like this, they should have just... from the start,\u201d but,<\/p>\n<p>Since we're in different industries, there are things we can and can't do, so it's hard to say for sure, lol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In reality, from the foundation contractor\u2019s perspective, there are parts where they\u2019re constantly being pressured to cut costs and just think, \u201cWell, I guess this is about as good as it gets,\u201d and,<\/p>\n<p>Apparently, there are cases where you can't place a tie bar in the center because the foundation rebar is already in place.<\/p>\n<p>I've heard there are jigs and components designed to center it, but apparently they come at a certain cost.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Great craftsmen and great work pay attention to the details!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Since we're doing this anyway, let's do a great job and pay close attention to the details!<\/p>\n<p>That said, good work does cost money, though ^^<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, everyone.
