(In Japan)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>By the way,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 20px;\"><strong>They work on the black market and receive welfare benefits, and<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 20px;\"><strong>I regularly buy drugs.<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #0000ff;\">(This is something I heard from a lawyer.)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>What this incident made me realize is that a lot of foreigners will be coming here in the future.<\/p>\n<p>There's no doubt about it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Under the pretext of a labor shortage.<\/p>\n<p>However, the number of troublemaking foreigners like this is on the rise.<\/p>\n<p>Foreign technical interns and Specific Skilled Workers go through the proper channels to enter the country. (Most of them are hardworking.)<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s also highly likely that some Vietnamese nationals are entering the country with the intention of flying out.<\/p>\n<p>And then, other foreigners.<\/p>\n<p>Foreign nationals who have overstayed their visas (whose visas have expired) or who have no intention of returning home in the first place, etc.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-56953\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/2cf639e0186d1c017720cd1d0a5a52a8.jpg\" alt=\"Overstay\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Because of those delinquents and illegal immigrants,<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">What really gets on my nerves is when serious foreigners are all lumped together!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In fact, most construction companies in Japan employ technical interns.<\/p>\n<p>Even they are criticized for being immigrants, and aren't construction companies getting subsidies? So that means they can bring in as many workers as they want, right?<\/p>\n<p>They're just cheap labor, right?<\/p>\n<p>People say things that are completely baseless.<\/p>\n<p>Since the media is steering the conversation in that direction, anti-immigration advocates are making even more extreme statements.<\/p>\n<p>I get a lot of criticism since I use social media too, lol.<\/p>\n<p>People who don't know what it's like on the job especially say whatever they want and laugh.<\/p>\n<p>I really do think it's sad that people who are uninformed get manipulated by the media.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Because of that, I haven't been able to rent a place for the interns to stay, so it's been pretty tough.<\/p>\n<p>Yet foreign nationals, such as trainees, will be indispensable to Japan in the future.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What I want to say here is that incidents and accidents involving foreigners like this will increase in the future!<\/p>\n<p>The number keeps growing.<\/p>\n<p>To address this, we Japanese also need a certain level of knowledge and action.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-56971\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/7353de7d8d002550a2e830a55eb33c6d.jpg\" alt=\"Foreigners\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is basic, but,<\/p>\n<p>When hiring foreign nationals, be sure to verify their visas and passports.<\/p>\n<p>When conducting an interview, be sure to record it (for your records). (The subject\u2019s permission is required.)<\/p>\n<p>If they seem reluctant to be photographed, that\u2019s suspicious.<\/p>\n<p>If possible, please also take a photo of the person\u2019s face. (A photo of the person\u2019s face is absolutely required in the construction industry.)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Companies that hire foreign nationals off the books (without enrolling them in social security or health insurance) are in violation of the law.<\/p>\n<p>If you come across a company like that, please be sure to report it.<\/p>\n<p>If possible, I\u2019d like to do a little investigation, G-Man style, gather some evidence, and then report it to the Immigration Bureau!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Evidence is everything.<\/p>\n<p>If you can help deport such undocumented foreigners, you can receive a reward of up to 80,000 yen and help eliminate illegal businesses!<\/p>\n<p>That means we won't tolerate illegal employment!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It may be a small effort, but it\u2019s important.<\/p>\n<p>I think this is extremely important for us Japanese to continue living as we have and to coexist with people from other countries.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I want them to be even stricter and impose harsher penalties from now on!<\/p>\n<p>And I really wish they\u2019d create a system that makes it easier to check on foreigners.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moj.go.jp\/isa\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Immigration Services Agency<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And one more thing!<\/p>\n<p>If,<span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">If you get into trouble with a foreigner, please run away as fast as you can!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The way Japanese people and foreigners think is completely different!<\/p>\n<p>No matter how confident you are in your skills, please run away.<\/p>\n<p>My sons were right to run away this time!<\/p>\n<p>It's because our basic sensibilities are completely different.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, everyone.
