conduct verification tests using SE's table anchor.<\/p>\n<p>We'll be using Fujiwara Sangyo's rubber tube packers.<\/p>\n<p>I believe Fujiwara Industries is probably the only company in the industry that sells these materials.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fujiwarasangyo.jp\/e02\/#nuno\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fujiwara Industries Tube Rubber Packer<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-56825\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/c473578cdba11499d198cd9682dc11c1.png\" alt=\"Basic Exam Materials\" width=\"600\" height=\"460\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The basic structure looks something like this.<\/p>\n<p>This is the same regardless of which anchor you use.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The reason for using a rubber tube packer is to separate the cement slurry in the free length from that in the set section, and<\/p>\n<p>This is to rinse the cement slurry from the free-length section and remove friction.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-56817\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/2025-10-30-15.06.22.jpg\" alt=\"Rubber Tube Packing\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Since the embedment length is 1,500 mm this time, set the rubber tube packer up to the 1,500 mm mark.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full that the 1,500 mm is securely fastened.<\/p>\n<p>Please don't try to make it a little more or a little less.<\/p>\n<p>Since you're taking the exam anyway, you should study thoroughly to some pulling it taut with a wide piece of tape,<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u203b<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>As small as possible<\/strong><\/span>Wrap it around it!<\/p>\n<p>Making this packer as small as possible will make it easier to insert into the casing.<\/p>\n<p>Here's the key point.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, just wrap it tightly while pressing down firmly with the tape.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you wrap it this tightly, the packer won't inflate, will it!?<\/p>\n<p>Some people might think that.<\/p>\n<p>But don't worry\u2014it actually inflates very easily.<\/p>\n<p>The recommended inflation pressure for the rubber tube packer is 0.2 MPa.<\/p>\n<p>Since 0.2 MPa exerts a force of 2 kgf per 1 mm\u00b2, wrapping the packer, attach the injection hose.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-56814\" Hoses<\/h4>\n<p>Since the tip of the injection hose is sticking out of the packer, push the hose firmly into it at least 1 cm!<\/p>\n<p>Key Point!<\/p>\n<p>This is<strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #ff0000;\">\u203b<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Make sure to push it in firmly and check that it doesn't come out.<\/span><\/strong>Please do so.<\/p>\n<p>If I mess up here, it's all over! lol<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-56813\" part firmly with vinyl tape so it doesn't come loose.<\/p>\n<p>Then secure everything in place with steel wire.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full the free-length section.<\/p>\n<p>Install the hose taking into account the anchor's diameter, the casing's inner diameter, and other factors.<\/p>\n<p>If it doesn't fit, it's fine to remove all the for more efficient cleaning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Now the anchor body is ready.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The method varies slightly depending on the type of anchor, but 90% of them are essentially the same.<\/p>\n<p>To put it another way, SE's testing using table anchors might be a bit unusual.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Well, it's not that big of a deal, so please give it a try.<\/p>\n<p>Next
