Huh? It's already December!!?<\/p>\n

Doesn't it end like that every year?<\/p>\n

Let's decide today what we want to accomplish this year that will leave a lasting mark on our lives.<\/p>\n

A few years later, in 2018, that thing started, and now look where we are\u2014life sure is interesting, isn't it?<\/p>\n

There's something interesting in this article, so please give it a read.<\/p>\n

The Secrets to Living a Fulfilling Life<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

But that's beside the point.<\/p>\n

Here are some important things to keep in mind before starting construction (Part 2).<\/p>\n

Last time<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span>It was a drawing.<\/p>\n

This time, it's about design.<\/p>\n

Just hearing the word \u201cdesign\u201d is enough to throw people off. I think a lot of people feel like, \u201cI don\u2019t get it.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, as long as you are a specialist in the field, you need to have a basic understanding of the design of the specialized components.<\/p>\n

I'm sure you've heard the term \"design review\" quite often.<\/p>\n

Definition of \"verification\": The act of checking by comparing.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This involves cross-checking the design documents (such as structural analysis reports and stability analysis reports).<\/p>\n

What should you compare it to? The design drawings and design documents (such as quantities and special notes).<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

First, do the drawings and the bill of quantities match? (Last time)<\/p>\n

Do the drawings and design calculations match? (This time)<\/p>\n

You might wonder, \u201cIs there a mistake in the calculation?\u201d but these days, pretty much everyone uses the same software for their calculations.<\/p>\n

You're unlikely to make a mistake.<\/p>\n

However, if there's one thing to watch out for here, it'sDesign Specifications<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's right. (Assuming the software is the same.)<\/p>\n

The condition... hmmmmmm?????! Why on earth would they put this condition here??<\/p>\n

I often find myself thinking that. However, since this has been approved by the government, I have very few objections to it as it stands.<\/p>\n

You're just ignoring it, aren't you?<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

However, if this is simply unacceptable (for example, if it differs too much from on-site conditions and is therefore a design flaw), then make changes,<\/p>\n

Alternatively, the design would be sent back for revision, but we almost never do that.<\/p>\n

This is because once a design project has been completed, neither the government agency itself will send it back for revision nor will the consulting firm approve it.<\/p>\n

So, we redesign it in-house to make it work for us. (A written agreement with the government agency is absolutely necessary.)<\/p>\n

However, a \"convenient\" design is one that aligns with on-site conditions, is cost-effective, and is profitable for our company.<\/p>\n

If it changes too much from the original design, people will be like, \u201cWhat was the original design anyway?\u201d so that\u2019s a bit of a problem, lol.<\/p>\n

When it comes to design calculations, the barrier to entry is high unless you have some experience with design.<\/p>\n

There's also the issue of software (whether or not you own it), so,<\/p>\n

If you are unable to do so, please consult with the company that holds the shares.<\/p>\n

By conducting a final design review before beginning on-site work, we can minimize any problems that might arise later.<\/p>\n
