Reiwa 7 Fiscal Year Training Course for Certified Slope Protection Technicians for Registered Roads, etc.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n What Is a Core Skilled Worker?<\/p>\n Core skilled workers possess not only highly proficient work skills and extensive knowledge, but also the ability to lead the workforce on-site,<\/p>\n These are skilled workers with excellent management skills for carrying out work efficiently, who have been certified by a specialized trade association.<\/p>\n On-site, you will be expected to participate in and assist with the prime contractor\u2019s planning and management tasks in a role such as a senior foreman.<\/p>\n To enroll in the Registered Core Technician Training Course, you must meet the following requirements.<\/p>\n \u30fbAt least 10 years of practical experience in the occupational category of the relevant core skilled worker <\/p>\n It's a certification where years of experience matter more than you'd think, so it's not something you can just breeze through.<\/p>\n Other than that, it seems you\u2019ll be fine as long as you have civil engineering certifications (Grades 1 and 2) plus slope engineering certifications (Nozleman and Slope Construction Technician).<\/p>\n The certification program as a whole feels like a review of the absolute basics, such as the fundamental concepts of slope engineering and the laws and regulations governing the construction industry.<\/p>\n Conversely, since the focus is on the slope itself, retaining structures (such as ground anchors and rebar insertion) are rarely used.<\/p>\n Is that because the associations are different??<\/p>\n ...or so I thought, lol<\/p>\n I hear that if you become a Certified Core Technician for Slope Protection on Registered Roads, etc., you can at least become a chief engineer.<\/p>\n That said, if you have a Level 1 or Level 2 Civil Engineering license...<\/p>\n On the other hand, almost everyone at the venue is an administrator.<\/p>\n Since that has to do with scoring in the bidding process and such, I suppose it makes sense that many people are focusing on that aspect, doesn't it?<\/p>\n And once you earn this Core Skilled Worker certification, you\u2019ll instantly become a Level 4 Gold Skilled Worker!!!<\/p>\n So, what does that mean? I get the feeling that the value of the Slope Construction Management Engineer certification is going to diminish quite a bit...<\/p>\n Apparently, if you hold a slope construction management engineer certification, you\u2019re considered a Level 3 Silver-level skilled worker.<\/p>\n What are we supposed to do about this? lol<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I thought to myself, \"Oh, this is a breeze,\" and successfully completed the course.<\/p>\n I can't really say anything about the test, lol.<\/p>\n The essay was about 400 characters long, but the project name and scope of work were a bit vague, so I just winged it... lol<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I hear the results will be out in October, so I'm looking forward to them until then.<\/p>\n This will be held every year going forward, so I hope you\u2019ll all take part.<\/p>\n That's because, in a sense, obtaining a certification is one way to improve your skills.<\/p>\n Our expertise is our strength.<\/p>\n And for an administrator, that certification is kind of like a basic tool, isn't it?<\/p>\n You can never have too many, so please be sure to get one.<\/p>\n If I don't get in this year, I'll go again next year, too ^^<\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello, everyone.
