Hello, everyone.<\/p>\n

This is Enta.<\/p>\n

We've hired an intern to work as a scaffolder.<\/p>\n

Under Japanese law, a roofer is classified as a scaffolding worker under the Technical Intern Training Program.<\/p>\n

\"Technical<\/p>\n

Slope work is covered under the scaffolding license, lol.<\/p>\n

So, they, too, are here as temporary workers.<\/p>\n

One of our interns is also here as a scaffolder, but,<\/p>\n

Lately, I've been having him do some welding, repair machinery, and work on all sorts of other projects.<\/p>\n

I'm getting pretty good at this, and I can do just about anything with ease!!!<\/p>\n

We had them build some shelves for welding and lathe work.<\/p>\n

The accuracy is decent, and it\u2019s perfectly level with absolutely no distortion.<\/p>\n

It feels like he's really come into his own, and he says he's having fun, too.<\/p>\n

Just because the job right in front of you is what you're doing now doesn't mean it's the right fit for you!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Well, since we've been doing this for a long time, should we just keep doing it?<\/span><\/p>\n

Is this job just to make a living?<\/span><\/p>\n

When you're young, there's no sense of fulfillment, is there?<\/span><\/p>\n

Do you want to quit already?<\/span><\/p>\n

Is that why you're in your current job\u2014because you didn't have a choice back then?<\/span><\/p>\n

Wasn't this what you had planned?<\/span><\/p>\n

To make a living<\/span>Is that right?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Is it for your parents?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Reasons vary from person to person. There\u2019s no right or wrong.<\/p>\n

When you're young, you don't know anything, so getting a job is harder than you'd think, isn't it?<\/p>\n

I\u2019m entering the workforce thinking I\u2019ll have lots of options and be able to do all sorts of things, but,<\/p>\n

In reality, I can't do a thing, and I can't choose anything.<\/p>\n

I don't know what to choose!<\/p>\n

That's why some people end up choosing a career that's close at hand without giving it much thought, and things turn out hopelessly...<\/p>\n

There are times when you wish adults\u2014or your parents\u2014would teach you more, right?<\/p>\n

From an adult\u2019s perspective, it\u2019s truly enviable to be young and able to become anything you want, isn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n

\"Branching\"<\/p>\n

Watching our young intern at work today, I felt a little guilty about making him do slope-construction work.<\/p>\n

Since his true calling wasn't there, it's quite possible that manufacturing was his true calling.<\/p>\n

He's a bit of a troublemaker, but he suddenly seems to have come alive.<\/p>\n

After all, you won't know if you like something or want to do it until you try it.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I realized that even if it\u2019s a detour, it\u2019s important to try all sorts of things.<\/p>\n

At Enta, we handle everything from slope work and anchoring to scaffolding, machining, and welding.<\/p>\n

In manufacturing and civil engineering, there\u2019s a wide range of things you can do, so it\u2019s easy to choose a path.<\/p>\n

I've mentioned this before, but whenever you're choosing a job, you must\u2014I mean, you absolutely must\u2014go with the tougher option!<\/p>\n

If you don't make some tough choices, things will get even worse when you become an old guy like us.<\/p>\n

Once you get older, it becomes a battle of willpower, so you really have to give it your all while you're still young...<\/p>\n

Check out those guys around here who look like they're a lost cause lol (Is that a bad way to put it? lol)<\/p>\n

I had it easy when I was young.<\/p>\n

That's why I'm there. I ran away. When I was young.<\/p>\n

It doesn't matter whether you're a regular employee or a CEO.<\/p>\n

No matter how much you consider that person\u2019s personality or true nature, someone who runs away will always run away at crucial moments and make excuses.<\/p>\n

While I feel confident in some areas, there are other areas where I\u2019ve shied away and end up regretting it.<\/p>\n

I'm trying to fix it now, but I just don't have the energy... lol<\/p>\n

The conversation\u2019s going all over the place, but anyway, when you\u2019re young, don\u2019t shy away from challenges!<\/p>\n

This applies to middle-aged guys today, too.<\/p>\n

Because right now is the youngest you'll ever be in your life!!<\/p>\n

I'll run away today, tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow.<\/p>\n

While you're still young, try out all sorts of things and see if you can find something that suits you.<\/p>\n

Let's find out what you're good at!<\/p>\n

However, if it's causing you stress, it's better to stop.<\/p>\n

With things like this, it's all about the vibe and momentum.<\/p>\n

If you hesitate, you'll regret it!<\/p>\n

Regret is useless!<\/p>\n

Life turns out the way you want it to through your own efforts and the people you meet!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Wouldn't working in the entertainment industry be one option?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
