the use of a trowel for finishing the frame.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Legal frameworks with sharp, well-defined edges are really beautiful, aren't they!<\/p>\n<p>I used to think that looked nice, too, but lately I\u2019ve been thinking that a spray-applied finish looks more natural.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Whether or not to use a trowel actually comes down to the director's discretion.<\/p>\n<p>Whaaaaaaat?!<\/p>\n<p>I'm sure that's what you're thinking, and that's especially true right now.<\/p>\n<p>Whether or not to use a trowel for finishing isn't a matter of cutting corners or anything like that; it depends on whether it's included in the design.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-48392\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/2023-01-28-10.08.24.jpg\" alt=\"Spray-Applied Formwork\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>For a fully troweled finish, the price is set at around 1,450 yen per meter based on the design price.<\/p>\n<p>Unless it is included in the cost estimate for this design, there is no need to apply a trowel finish.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If anything, the slope construction contractors seem to be going a bit overboard here.<\/p>\n<p>I don't know (or haven't been told) about that part, and since I just assume that's how it's supposed to be, I end up giving it a thorough finish with the trowel, lol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>When negotiating the price with a construction company, be sure to confirm whether the finish will be done with a trowel.<\/p>\n<p>If you say you'll do it, make sure you get paid properly.<\/p>\n<p>Since the government is footing the bill, lol<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finishing with a trowel is really time-consuming.<\/p>\n<p>And that's because we'll definitely need a certain number of people.<\/p>\n<p>This part isn\u2019t a case of cutting corners or poor workmanship\u2014it\u2019s simply a matter of whether it\u2019s included in the design or not\u2014so be sure to check it thoroughly.<\/p>\n<p>Regardless of whether it\u2019s accounted for or not, the era when trowel finishing was the norm is already over.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>See you
