slope construction?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In my opinion, I don't think it's that much.<\/p>\n<p>No, no, there has to be one!!?<\/p>\n<p>I know people might say this applies to other industries, but in the slope stabilization industry, there are very few parts that aren't visible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>So, where can we cut corners?<\/p>\n<p>I'm going to give it some thought.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 200%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">I'm not saying you should cut corners, but,<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 200%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Knowledge to ensure that you \u201cdon\u2019t cut corners\u2014and don\u2019t let others do so either.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1529\" (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Shingle Installer<\/p>\n<p>If you're going to remove this section, the number of anchor pins to be installed<\/p>\n<p>30 main anchors (\u03c616 \u00d7 400) per 100 m\u00b2<\/p>\n<p>150 auxiliary anchor pins (\u03c69 \u00d7 200)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If we were to cut corners here,<\/p>\n<p>The number of piles in the hard section (bedrock) decreases, while the number driven in the soft section increases, right?<\/p>\n<p>However, this is where our perspectives (interpretations) differ, but,<\/p>\n<p>The number of units is specified per 100 square meters.<\/p>\n<p>That means as long as you meet that number, there's no problem.<\/p>\n<p>There are no other specifications.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Even though there are fewer anchors in the hard sections, there are still a sufficient number of anchors overall.<\/p>\n<p>If that's the case, then there's actually no problem.<\/p>\n<p>In practice, even with fewer anchor pins, the rigid sections can be securely fastened.<\/p>\n<p>You have to hit the soft parts a lot to secure them.<\/p>\n<p>When you think about it that way, there's no problem.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1532\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/IMG_2792-e1680595009468.jpg\" alt=\"Anchor Installation Status\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When it comes to receiving materials, the director orders extra from the very beginning.<\/p>\n<p>Or, since we order by the box, if we've finished entering those, we should have covered just about everything.<\/p>\n<p>However, the more soft parts there are, the more pins you'll need.<\/p>\n<p>However, from a Japanese perspective, one could say that a well-balanced look is more aesthetically pleasing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I'm one of those people who've come to think, \"Isn't it enough just to be in it?\"<\/p>\n<p>In the past, I thought it looked neater when everything was perfectly even, and I used to worry about how the photos looked when \u201cchecking the number of anchors installed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It all depends on the director in charge, I guess.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-42035\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/RIMG2996.jpg\" spacers.<\/p>\n<p>Actually, it doesn't really matter whether you use a spacer or not.<\/p>\n<p>There are no explicit instructions saying, \"Install a spacer!\"<\/p>\n<p>The contractor is installing them without permission.<\/p>\n<p>It's just that it's become the norm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I think the main benefit of using spacers is that they make it easier to control the spray thickness.<\/p>\n<p>The idea is that if spacers are installed, completely concealing them will ensure that the sprayed thickness is properly maintained.<\/p>\n<p>Also, the fact that there\u2019s a wire mesh drawn in the center of the blueprint is what led people back then to consider that the \u201ccorrect\u201d way, lol.<\/p>\n<p>(The Argument That the Top Mesh Should Be in the Center of the Spray Coating)<\/p>\n<p>The recommended spacer is the one from Koiwa Wire Mesh's<a title=\"PC Spacer\" href=\"\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/9fba908babd97787c8fef14bea2d7dbe.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PC Spacer<\/a>Right? lol<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Looking at
