It's Christmas Eve, isn't it?<\/p>\n
The other day, I took part in a local event where we gave out gifts to children.<\/p>\n

I've played both Santa and a reindeer in the past. Santa, in particular, is an unbearably hot role to play, lol.<\/p>\n
This volunteer project is pretty tough, but I like the sense of accomplishment I get when I finish it at the end of the year.<\/p>\n
Seeing the children's happy faces really makes me happy.<\/p>\n
After that, the drinks just kept flowing lol<\/p>\n
Did you guys get any presents? lol<\/p>\n
But that's beside the point.<\/p>\n

The other day at work, I was making preparations before heading out to the job site.<\/p>\n
Then, I saw an employee washing a 4-metric-ton truck that was covered in dirt.<\/p>\n

I really appreciate this kind of thoughtfulness from our employees.<\/p>\n
Even if you're paying for something you've borrowed, use it carefully and return it in good condition.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n You absolutely must not think that just because it's a leased item, it's okay to be careless.<\/p>\n If you borrow something, return it\u2014and make sure it\u2019s in good condition.<\/p>\n Our company also rents out machinery.<\/p>\n Sometimes they come back all beat up after that.<\/p>\n They were so covered in mud that you'd go, \"Whoa!\"\u2014and they didn't even clean up.<\/p>\n Would you want to rent to someone in a place like that next time?<\/p>\n If we rent it out, the lease fee goes up. We\u2019d rather not rent it out if possible. That\u2019s only natural.<\/p>\n And then neither of us feels very good about it, right?<\/p>\n More importantly, I'll return it in better condition than when I borrowed it.<\/p>\n Just this simple step is enough to keep things on good terms and ensure another smooth transaction next time.<\/p>\n There is absolutely no expectation of anything in return.<\/p>\n It's just a matter of cleaning it up and returning it, isn't it?<\/p>\n This kind of thing is important even in field work.<\/p>\n Even in a world where IT and the internet are so essential, Santa still brings presents down the chimney. lol<\/p>\n In the end, it\u2019s the connections between people that really matter.<\/p>\n It's the personal, human connection that matters most.<\/p>\n Next year, I\u2019d like to do my best to make sure I return everything I rent from the rental shop in good condition.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello, everyone.
