color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Overall quality is declining<\/strong><\/span>That's the point.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I'll write this up quickly and briefly.<\/p>\n<p>We'll discuss this as a team of five sprayers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>An all-Japanese team<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Japanese People Who Excel in One Trade: 100%<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Japanese People Who Excel in One Trade: 100%<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Japanese workers: 80% can handle almost any type of construction work<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Japanese People Who Work in Half a Trade: 50%<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Japanese People Who Work in Half a Trade: 50%<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Average percentage: 76%<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A team that includes technical interns<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Japanese People Who Excel in One Trade: 100%<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Japanese People Who Excel in One Trade: 100%<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Japanese People Who Work in Half a Trade: 50%<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Interns who came yesterday: 10%<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Third-year interns: 60%<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Average percentage: 64%<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, in the case of interns, the percentage of those who can do this job does not reach 100 percent.<\/p>\n<p>This is because they cannot understand technical terms, specialized knowledge, specifications, design documents, or drawings.<\/p>\n<p>While some people come here to work as engineers, they are classified as foreign workers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you're Japanese, you should be able to understand and recognize this to some extent.<\/p>\n<p>So, while we can carry out construction while maintaining overall quality, how can we continue to ensure quality in areas where it\u2019s difficult to improve with the addition of trainees?<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-47815\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/2022-10-14-21.03.55-2.jpg\" alt=\"Technical Interns\" width=\"554\" height=\"739\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Not only the quality, but the finished product is the same as well.<\/p>\n<p>As anyone who has traveled abroad probably knows, in cultural contexts outside of Europe and the United States, as long as it works, that\u2019s good enough.<\/p>\n<p>That's the gist of it.<\/p>\n<p>As long as there are things and shapes, that's enough.<\/p>\n<p>It feels a lot like China used to be.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s a world where there\u2019s still plenty of that.<\/p>\n<p>However, given that this is the reality of the situation, how can the Japanese people take a close look and verify the facts for themselves?<\/p>\n<p>It all comes down to this.<\/p>\n<p>Especially now, as the construction industry is in a transitional phase in many ways, the burden on Japanese people is particularly heavy.<\/p>\n<p>I think everyone is having a really hard time.<\/p>\n<p>We Japanese don't want to compromise on quality or appearance, do we?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It would be great if there were some way to ease that, even just a little bit, wouldn't it?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">If only there were something that would help us improve quality and achieve precise results.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I like that idea too, so I'll be releasing it little by little\u2014please bear with me for a little while longer lol<\/p>\n<p>Well, if you take a look and don't like it, I can always change how I do things, so please be kind and bear with me\u2014I'm just doing this on my own.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, everyone.
