This is Enta.<\/p>\n

As slope maintenance workers, we\u2019re out working outdoors whether it\u2019s scorching hot in the summer or freezing cold in the winter, right?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Why do you work?<\/p>\n

For my family, and for myself.<\/p>\n

I love my job.<\/p>\n

I like myself when I'm working.<\/p>\n

I want money.<\/p>\n

I imagine there are various reasons for that.<\/p>\n

\"Slope<\/p>\n

All of these are correct.<\/p>\n

I think that's fine.<\/p>\n

Any reason will do, though, lol.<\/p>\n

Or maybe there's someone you'd like to work with.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

But what happens if there's no money involved here?<\/p>\n

Or if you were living beyond your means<\/p>\n

In a typical line of thinking, you'd borrow money<\/p>\n

or something like that<\/p>\n

I think people tend to think about saving money.<\/p>\n

But what happens if you can't even do that?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Below is an illustration of how your mindset changes depending on whether you have money or not.<\/p>\n

\"Thoughts<\/p>\n

I think that when you have some financial leeway or are in a stable situation, your mindset tends to fluctuate around the middle (between yellow and white).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

When you're short on money, your thinking shifts sharply to the right. (R Zone)<\/p>\n

When people find themselves unable to eat tomorrow or buy the things they need to feel fulfilled, they start to have negative thoughts.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As for what happens with this negative way of thinking,<\/p>\n

It's actually pretty easy to imagine, but,<\/p>\n

That's a crime.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Riots by the poor are also common overseas.<\/p>\n

This is, after all, why people raid stores or attack others\u2014to alleviate their anxiety about not knowing what tomorrow will bring. (And for other political reasons as well.)<\/p>\n

It is said that poverty breeds aggression.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I heard that a while back, someone at our company was stealing and selling company equipment just to get money to buy drugs.<\/p>\n

Well, just the fact that they're doing drugs is pretty bad, lol.<\/p>\n

Living beyond his means while abusing drugs (with a prior criminal record)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I think they were quite hostile toward me back then.<\/p>\n

This isn't really the same as being poor, though lol (it's just to satisfy my desires).<\/p>\n

That person is still in the same industry, so be careful!<\/p>\n

\"Riot\"<\/p>\n

I'm sure this happens at your company, too.<\/p>\n

This means there is a very high likelihood that people like that will join the company in the future. (Excluding drug users.)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

That's because, due to the \"2025 Problem,\" companies will be going bankrupt left and right, and there will be a flood of people who are capable of working but have no company to work for.<\/p>\n

People who aren't up to the task may have a hard time finding a job.<\/p>\n

Companies aren't stupid, so they wouldn't just hire just anyone.<\/p>\n

However, on the other hand, people like that will likely end up working for staffing agencies or regular employment agencies that provide labor.<\/p>\n

I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but it's easy to end up at companies like that. (This is a fact, not a prejudice.)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Having work means we'll be contracting with that kind of company more often.<\/p>\n

That goes without saying, but it also means that the risk of theft and other incidents increases.<\/p>\n

There is also a risk that incidents like workers' compensation fraud will increase. (Have we gone back to the Showa era!?)<\/p>\n

Let's be very careful on our way there!!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It's no exaggeration to say that when salaries are low, employees tend to be more aggressive, lol.<\/p>\n

You often hear about business owners who pay low wages but do nothing but complain, right?<\/p>\n

\"Salary\"<\/p>\n

And I believe that, to prevent that from happening, management (the company) must carefully evaluate employees' salaries.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s only natural that there\u2019s a difference between people who bring profit to the company and those who don\u2019t, though.<\/p>\n

But raising the overall standard is important!!<\/p>\n

I hope that by significantly raising wages, the slope construction industry will become a sector that\u2019s a little different from other industries.<\/p>\n

If you want to make a lot of money, become a slope worker!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

That used to be the norm, after all!!!! (About 25 years ago, when I first entered the industry)<\/p>\n

However, I believe the situation is different for technical interns.<\/p>\n
