The other day, while browsing the web, I came across an interesting article, and in it I saw the term \u201cDunning-Kruger effect.\u201d<\/p>\n

Amateurs tend to be the most confident.<\/p>\n
As I gained more knowledge and experience, my confidence began to wane, and once I reached the level of an expert...<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
It\u2019s true\u2014the less capable someone is, the more they talk, right? lol (Is this especially common among people who\u2019ve only ever worked in sales?? lol)<\/p>\n
Well, I'm part of that group myself, so I'm not really in a position to judge others, lol.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The more experienced you are, the better you understand the risks, so you won't say anything foolish.<\/p>\n
These days, you can find professional-level knowledge and skills online, so even amateurs can at least speak with some degree of expertise.<\/p>\n
However, even if you say that with complete confidence, it\u2019s useless unless it\u2019s backed by knowledge gained through experience.<\/p>\n
The less capable a person (or company) is, the more they tend to overstate their abilities, claiming, \u201cWe can do this, we can do that, and we can handle all sorts of specialized construction methods used by major firms!\u201d<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
People with deep knowledge and experience don\u2019t say much precisely because they are aware of various risks.<\/p>\n
I feel like this might be a good tip for finding a good construction company, lol.<\/p>\n

I figure it\u2019s probably pretty easy, right? The world is built on surprisingly simple mechanisms, so it should be easy, shouldn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n
I'm the type of person who says things like that, so it looks like I've got a long way to go... orz<\/p>\n
