This is Enta.<\/p>\n
Starting this month, we've begun work on a major private construction project.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I went to inspect the power tools used on-site.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
We never do anything like this on public works projects, but this is the first time I\u2019ve experienced such thorough safety management on a private-sector project.<\/p>\n
When I was younger, I often worked on construction sites for major general contractors for periods of several years at a time, so,<\/p>\n
I thought I was used to strict safety management, but I was reminded that there\u2019s always someone better than me lol.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Just like I mentioned the other day regarding double insulation, I\u2019ve inspected all the power tools and can finally use them on site.<\/p>\n
I thought public works projects ranked highest among all types of construction projects, but I was a little off.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I can really feel the difference in skill level.<\/p>\n
Everything operates under its own set of rules, distinct from those of the public sector, and technical interns must also pass a qualification exam to be admitted.<\/p>\n
It really makes you think, \"So this kind of thing happens in the private sector, huh?\"<\/p>\n
I really hope the interns pass their exams soon lol<\/p>\n

Since I\u2019m taking the opportunity to work in such a demanding environment, I plan to learn as much as I possibly can.<\/p>\n
Opportunities like this don't come along very often, after all.<\/p>\n
After all, our experiences will shape our future.<\/p>\n

I plan to study hard and put what I learn to good use in the future.<\/p>\n
You won\u2019t learn anything about safety just by reading or studying from textbooks!<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll learn by seeing it firsthand on-site, carrying out the work, and gaining experience through feedback!<\/p>\n
And since safety also gets in the way of human laziness, it\u2019s not always straightforward.<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll only truly master it once you buckle down and put it into practice.<\/p>\n
I'm going to learn a lot on the job here!<\/p>\n
