I came across an image like this the other day, and I thought it was really well done, so I wanted to share it ^^<\/p>\n

I really think that's exactly right.<\/p>\n

And I'm going to try adding age to this.<\/p>\n

For those who made difficult decisions when they were young, their 20s and 30s can be really tough!<\/p>\n

This is a tough time, both emotionally and physically, but,<\/p>\n

Now that I'm in my 40s, I've had all sorts of experiences, and my life is gradually turning out the way I imagined it would.<\/p>\n

The second half, starting at the 50 mark, is a gentle uphill climb.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, those who made easy decisions are still struggling through life even in their 60s.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I just want to tell young people this!<\/p>\n

I want you to make a tough decision for yourself!<\/p>\n

When you're young, you have plenty of physical and mental energy.<\/p>\n

I have to give it my all right then...<\/p>\n

Once you reach your 40s, you can't keep pushing yourself anymore.<\/p>\n

The same applies to companies: those that aren't taking on new challenges right now will gradually fall behind.<\/p>\n

It's getting harder and harder!<\/p>\n

Let's take on new challenges while making tough decisions ^^<\/p>\n
