(This is commonly referred to as being \u201cblacklisted.\u201d)<\/p>\n<p>Or it will end with a lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-53150\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/30357589_m-1024x681-1.jpg\" alt=\"The God of Construction\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is tough, isn't it?<\/p>\n<p>That said, we're both just as guilty, though.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We will get the employee who embezzled funds to admit guilt and move forward with a repayment plan.<\/p>\n<p>If you continue to play dumb or refuse to admit this until the very end, it looks like this will lead to criminal charges.<\/p>\n<p>If it turns into a criminal complaint, does that mean we won't be able to recover that money?<\/p>\n<p>Subcontractors will be barred from the premises (and criminal charges may be filed in severe cases).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 130%;\"><strong>What would you do if, in the future, an employee at a major company approached you with a shady deal like this?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In my opinion, I think it\u2019s important to tell the person directly, \u201cYou really should stop embezzling!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>If you do that, it\u2019ll show that this person isn\u2019t the type to do that kind of thing, and honestly, it\u2019d be hard to say it two or three times, lol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Other than that, I guess I\u2019ll have to consult with my superior on behalf of our company (as a subcontractor).<\/p>\n<p>People who do bad things will keep doing them over and over again.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Well, either way, you should probably stop embezzling, right?<\/p>\n<p>You probably think the people around you don't understand, but I think they actually understand quite well.<\/p>\n<p>I mean, isn't that weird?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>That sense of everyday life, their belongings, and how close they are to their subcontractors lol<\/p>\n<p>Everyone knows that.<\/p>\n<p>It's just that I don't say it.<\/p>\n<p>Sooner or later, they'll get taken down by a whistleblower.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In civil engineering, trying to solve problems with money is proof that you lack technical skills.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to win, it's all about skill.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This concludes the \"Embezzlement Case Files\" series.<\/p>\n<p>I'd really like to do some kind of survey, lol.<\/p>\n<p>Well, even if I do get it, I'll just go, \"Hmm...\" and that'll be the end of it...<\/p>\n<p>I wish things like this would stop happening, but,<\/p>\n<p>Since this happens all the time, if you're aware of it, please go ahead and contact upper management.<\/p>\n<p>If you know something but don't say anything, or if you pretend not to know, something even worse will happen eventually.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, everyone.
