Just say no!!\"<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Some people say it\u2019s that simple, but it\u2019s not really that easy, is it?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I think that if you're in a position where you have to protect your employees' families and livelihoods, there are often times when you have no choice but to accept it, even if it's a painful decision.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-53140\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/2024-11-18-23.59.19.jpg\" alt=\"Enta Group Group Photo\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/2024-11-18-23.59.19.jpg 600w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/2024-11-18-23.59.19-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I, too, have this many employees, and I have a duty to protect them!<\/p>\n<p>They're my dear friends who trust me and follow me!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And then, all of a sudden, everything gets thrown into disarray because of an employee who embezzled funds.<\/p>\n<p>That is precisely why construction companies that rely on employees from major firms are highly likely to be taken advantage of.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And once money changes hands between the two of you, it becomes impossible to break up.<\/p>\n<p>Naturally, employees will always use that vendor.<\/p>\n<p>I think it's only natural for contractors to be used.
