I think that once we Japanese accept something, we don't give it a second thought, but,<\/p>\n

This means that the foreign worker may be staying in the country illegally, such as by overstaying their visa.<\/p>\n

You're probably thinking, \"Why would you say something like that?!\"<\/p>\n

To be honest,<\/p>\n

I didn't think that way either until the interns ran away, lol.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

One person appears to be in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture, and the other somewhere in Aichi Prefecture.<\/p>\n

What's more, it means they're doing some kind of work.<\/p>\n

Also, one person's visa has already expired, and the other's is set to expire next spring.<\/p>\n

\"Visa\"<\/p>\n

Without a visa, we can\u2019t guarantee employment or act as a guarantor, but there are still companies that will hire you.<\/p>\n

Why is that?<\/p>\n

That's because you'll be asked to present your Residence Card. (I'm not doubting you.)<\/p>\n

Or it\u2019s because they\u2019re switching jobs from an underground broker to an underground operator.<\/p>\n

Shady operators probably take that into account and would accept it, but there are business owners who aren't aware of that.<\/p>\n

Some companies believe that as long as you have a Residence Card, there\u2019s no problem.<\/p>\n
