We started our scaffolding business last year.<\/p>\n
But that's something new, lol.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The reason I started doing scaffolding is because there aren't any scaffolding contractors, lol.<\/p>\n
There really aren't any scaffolding contractors these days, are there?<\/p>\n
They don't come even when I call them, and with rates skyrocketing right now, I'm not making any money at all.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
My work as a scaffolding contractor\u2014which I started for that very reason\u2014has been gradually taking shape lately.<\/p>\n

You can load anything from large planes to small ones\u2014lol<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Sure, it's slower than what the pros do, but it's still better than nothing.<\/p>\n
It goes smoothly when Team 1 can handle the entire process\u2014from finishing the formwork to erecting the scaffolding and drilling the holes\u2014all on their own.<\/p>\n
That's why we handle the construction ourselves.<\/p>\n

So, hopefully, it will gradually get faster from here on out.<\/p>\n
Since we\u2019re also teaching safety to our trainees, there have been no accidents on this construction site so far.<\/p>\n

Scaffolding work\u2014which seemed both familiar and distant\u2014turns out to be manageable once you actually give it a try.<\/p>\n
If you don't keep trying new things, you'll get bored with your job, you know.<\/p>\n

Lately, we've also been installing bread walls, so we're taking on new challenges.<\/p>\n

I use 3D CAD to design new things and then have them machined.<\/p>\n
I believe that trying new things will help save my future self (and my company).<\/p>\n

Let's take on new challenges while continuing with our current jobs.<\/p>\n
This applies not only to work-related certifications but also to personal certifications.<\/p>\n
It means investing in yourself.<\/p>\n
You could even do some strength training. (I've been really into strength training lately.)<\/p>\n
