As a construction supervisor, you measure the anchor installation positions based on layout tolerances, right?<\/p>\n

The positioning error is, after all, merely the position of the final head.<\/p>\n
That means the drilling location is correct.<\/p>\n
I'm using the anchor scale because other methods are hard to understand, lol.<\/p>\n

What I'm trying to say is that we drilled the hole, inserted the anchor, and positioned the anchor head in the designated location.<\/p>\n
However, the actual anchor should be a little lower.<\/p>\n

In this drawing, the anchor is positioned right in the center after drilling.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
However, the actual installation location is different.<\/p>\n
It's just hanging down there.<\/p>\n

People often assume, \u201cYou guys usually set it up right in the middle, don\u2019t you?\u201d but we haven\u2019t actually set it up in the middle.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Technically, there's a spacer, but it doesn't serve any purpose.<\/p>\n
However, when it comes to whether the anchor is attached directly to the rock mass,<\/p>\n
Since it's covered in cement slurry, corrosion protection doesn't seem to be an issue. (Even though I can't see it.)<\/p>\n
Since the construction method involves either cement slurry immersion or casing replacement grouting, it is thoroughly coated with cement slurry.<\/p>\n
(Maybe I'll write about this injection method next time.)<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
What I'm trying to say here is that there has been friction from the very beginning.<\/p>\n
Since it is set with cement slurry, the surrounding area will not shift when tension is applied.<\/p>\n
As a result, friction occurs inside the polyethylene pipe.<\/p>\n
There's grease around it, so I don't think there will be any problems with how it moves, but,<\/p>\n
This is why there is some variation in test results.<\/p>\n
